In Östergötland, we are currently operating in three hospitals: University Hospital in Linköping, Vrinnevisjukhuset in Norrköping, and the hospital in Motala. In Norrköping, we have 14 employees, and in Östergötland, we have a total of 45 staff members who provide orthopedic technical care to Region Östergötland through our agreement with the county council. At all our units, we have stores adjacent to the orthopedic technical department aimed at the growing privately funded healthcare sector.

Your responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Engineer, your main task will be to receive patients, conduct analyses, and prescribe aids. You will work variably with several different patient groups and orthopedic technical aids. A common feature of all our units in the region is that orthopedic technical care is conducted in close collaboration with specialized care and primary care. You will be offered a varied job where the use of modern technical and clinical methods permeates daily work. We continuously work to develop our operations, which can range from our product range to improving our processes, in which you will also be involved.

Who we are looking for

• Qualified Orthopedic Engineer
• Very good language skills in Swedish
• Good computer skills
• Experience working clinically as an Orthopedic Engineer is an advantage
• Have a B driver's license

As a person, we prefer that you are communicative, service-oriented, and flexible. You are responsible and have an easy time building good relationships. We also appreciate that you are self-driven, creative, and meticulous in your work. The employment

Full-time, permanent. We apply a 6-month probationary period. Start date according to agreement. TeamOlmed has a collective agreement.
